Replacement Chair Slings
Don’t throw it out! We custom make all our replacement slings for both channel and pocket type slings using a variety of high quality outdoor fabrics including solids, jacquards, patterns, stripes and cane wicker weaves. We use the best PVC coated polyesters available along with UV rated outdoor threads. We can replace slings from most manufacturers including imported furniture from department and big box stores.
Frame Refinishing
Scratched, chipped and weathered frames can be stripped/sandblasted and repainted with highly durable powder coat or spray finishes in a variety of colours and textures. Powder coating is an electrostatic oven baked finish that will give years of durability and beauty to your outdoor furniture.
Umbrella Repairs
Our umbrella repair services includes cord/cable replacement, rib replacement, replacement covers or complete frames for many styles including table umbrellas, free-standing and cantilever models. In many cases, repairs can be done while you wait.
Vinyl Strap Replacement
We offer a wide variety of colours and sizes to replace worn or broken vinyl straps on chairs and lounges. Styles include individual straps, weaving and lacing. Our 100% vinyl strapping will provide years of weather durability and low maintenance. We also sell strap by the foot and can provide raw materials for those who wish to do repairs themselves.
Welding
Broken or damaged frames can be welded in our shop using either MIG or TIG processes depending on your frame material. This includes tubular aluminum, cast aluminum, steel, wrought iron and cast iron. In most cases, we will do our best to re-paint the damaged area after welding, but cannot ensure an exact colour match.
Replacement Parts
We stock a wide variety of hard to find replacement parts such as end caps, glides, table parts and umbrella parts. We also carry a complete range of materials for those DIY’ers who wish to do repairs themselves.
