Umbrellas
Keeping your umbrella in good working order is essential to combat those hot summer days. Our umbrella services include replacing snapped cords/cables, rib replacement, and custom canopy covers made with Sunbrella fabric. We repair most table and market umbrellas as well as freestanding cantilever models.
CUSHIONS
Transform the look of your furniture with new custom made cushions or covers. We can make replacement cushions with new foam/fill or just pattern your existing covers for a fresh new look. Choose a durable, nonfading fabric from our vast Sunbrella collection.
If your cushions just need a touch up, we also offer a specialized cleaning service to get rid of dirt and other debris, so they look like new.
Welding
Broken or damaged patio chair frames can be welded in our shop using either MIG or TIG processes depending on your frame material. This includes tubular aluminum, cast aluminum, steel, wrought iron and cast iron. In most cases, we will do our best to re-paint the damaged area after welding, but cannot ensure an exact colour match.
Teak restoration
Bring back your teak furniture to its original condition. At Patio Chair Rx, we use a 2-part cleaning system that gently deep cleans and lifts dirt & mildew right out of the wood getting rid of the grey. We then carefully restore the wood by hand using a teak sealer that brightens and protects the wood repelling water and other elements.
Cleaning
Cleaning your furniture can make a huge difference in its longevity. Dirt, mildew and debris can build up and degrade the furniture over time. Extend the life of your set using our cleaning services. We offer cleaning of not only furniture, but also cushions and umbrella tops as well.
WINTER SHRINK WRAPPING
Protect your furniture from the harsh winter elements. For our clients in the Toronto area, your patio furniture can be shrink wrapped at your residence using protective marine grade wrap and air vents to keep your furniture dry and protected from winter weather.
WINTER FURNITURE STORAGE
We also offer patio furniture storage to our Toronto area clients.
Your patio furniture is stored in our secure heated indoor facility. Any requested repairs or refinishing can be done at this time. When we return your patio furniture in the spring, it can be thoroughly cleaned for the upcoming season for an additional fee.
