HOW TO MEASURE
Measuring slings on the chair: Measure the sling width by spreading a tape measure across the chair and record the visible fabric width. Check top, middle and bottom width and use the largest measurement. For the length, measure the length of the channel rail. In the sample shown below, the visible fabric width is 19.25.
Measuring slings that have been removed from the chair: Remove the spline rod from both sides of the sling and measure the flat width of the sling. Check top, middle and bottom and use the largest measurement. Measure the length of the sling.

Tip: It is essential to purchase a 24″ reverse spreader/clamp for sling installation. The spreader stretches the fabric, so the chair rail meets the frame and gives a proper fit.
For the length, measure the fabric alongside the chair rail flush from top to bottom for the most accurate result. Record the width and length. In this example, the length is 42 1/2 inches. You would order a sling with the measurements 19 1/4″ x 42 1/2″
