To calculate how much fabric you require, you need to measure the length of your chair and add another inch for a ½ inch hem on either end. For example, if your total length is 48” including the hem, and you have 4 chairs to recover, you need 96“ of fabric. Divided by 36” (yard) gives you 2.66 yards of fabric. Round the number up to the next whole number for your order.
